  Worst McDonald's in Colton.Staff is rude and slow at serving they ignore customers and delivery drivers they keep talking to each other If you speak about your order they are ignoring they are making themselves ready for fighting. three McDonald staff they prepared themselves to fight with me excluding the Indian manager they don’t care about manager as well

  Awful for deliveries. Staff don't listen, just chat & dance around instead of working. Drivers wait 25-30 mins every time. Wastes all our time & money. Terrible service.

  Absolutely terrible service for delivery drivers! The staff here are completely careless and have zero respect for drivers or our time. Instead of focusing on orders, they spend all their time chatting, laughing and dancing around inside the kitchen - acting like they're at a party, not at work. They simply do not listen when we ask about orders or tell them we are waiting. I have waited 30+ minutes multiple times just to collect one order, while they mess around and ignore us. This wastes so much time, kills our earnings and makes the whole job stressful. Orders are always late because of their laziness and bad attitude. They don't care about customers, drivers or doing their job properly. Avoid this branch if v can - worst McDonald's I have e Jelivered from.

  This is probably the best McDonald's around here. The staff are on it. No messing about, polite, friendly and most importantly fast. That said the location is good but the access to the park it's in gets incredibly busy and results in long queues to leave.

  This place wants reporting for investigation you only have to look back through the tons of recent bad reviews to see how bad they are, as previous reviews have stated I think half the hires are teenagers that dont give a toss. Maccies isn’t even that cheap anymore so you spend your money to grab something quick and easy, you end up with just a mess- whether you order delivery or there. The past few times I’ve ordered delivery many items missing, food is cold and tastes/looks like it’s been sat out. Funny a few others mentioned their drinks tasting like residue of other drinks as past times we’ve had cokes it’s tasted like oasis - are they reusing cups? They never ever provide dips even when your meal is meant to come with it. Frequently ordered stuff with add one and it’s not come with them. The list goes on. I was in with my friends once, left them waiting nearly an hour for their food, to then have them ask where it is, provide them with the meal with half the stuff missing and refuse to remake the whole thing as it’s all gone cold. Don’t visit here if you can avoid - think it needs reporting but not sure who you’d report it to
